we do not accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

we do not offer refunds. however, if you are not happy with your purchase or would like to inquire about an order error, please reach out to us via our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. you're our #1.

we are not able to offer refunds on shipping orders due to transit issues and delays. subscription orders are non-refundable.

ORDER & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS  

if you wish to cancel your order, please contact the bakery as soon as possible. additional processing fees may apply. if preparation has already begun, we will not be able to cancel & refund your order. moral of the story: don't cancel. eat more cookies.

to cancel your monthly cookie box subscription, just email marcos@bigassfortunecookie.com before your next billing date, but after your final box ships out. we are not able to program subscription cancellations for the future. subscription orders are non-refundable. 

Do you use any preservatives? 

We do not use any preservatives! Our cookie doughs are made from all natural ingredients. Please feel free to email us for a list of ingredients!

How long will my cookies stay fresh after I receive them?

Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days after you receive them in the mail. They can also be refrigerated for up to two weeks or frozen for up to 3 months. 

Can you create custom cookies for special events?

Of course we can! Just shoot us an email to marcos@bigassfortunecookie.com and let's start brainstorming the perfect cookies for your event!
